Doctors Nova Scotia, a division of the Canadian Medical Association (CMA), provides guidelines for international medical graduates who wish to practise medicine here.
You must be licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia and credentialed by Nova Scotia Health. You may have to complete multiple exams or a residency depending on your previous training. See what you need to know to practise medicine in Nova Scotia.

Suppose you are already licensed to practise medicine in Canada. In that case, you'll need to be licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia and credentialed by Nova Scotia Health.
